Hey there everyone, and welcome to the ninth part of my playthrough of Neo: The World Ends With You, the long awaited sequel to 2007’s The World Ends With You on Nintendo DS. We even did a (at times incredibly frustrating) catch-up playthrough of the Nintendo Switch re-release of the original just to be ready for this game!
In this ninth stream we return into Week 3 on Day 4, and we are still mourning the loss of Variabeauty leader Kanon (genuinely, I actually really liked her as a character, and her army of gay followers, slay queens!), and I suppose Shoka is still feeling bad for Ayano dying (I’m less bothered by that not gonna lie). We go on to find out some shocking truths about Tsugumi, we team up with a legendary Player, suffer a betrayal that I think we all saw coming at some point, and we manage to make our way through to the start of Day 6. The end is really on the horizon!
