Hey there everyone, and welcome to the seventh part of my Final Fantasy VII Remake playthrough, a game I have been much excited to finally get my hands on. This is my first time playing this game, and I also think it’s the first time I’ve played a game on release on my channel, so there’s that! Hope you enjoy me getting to grips with this new take on an old classic game I love.
This stream may as well be called the big side mission stream, because other than a final segment at the end of my stream where I finally go back to the story (a return to the sewers and the dreaded sahagins, I hate those sahagin), this stream is all optional quests…including a 1 hour attempt at getting the trophy for the pull-up minigame as Tifa. We cover my return to the secret laboratory under Sector 7, I raid some secret treasures belonging to Don Corneo (which I’ve found out in retrospect look like the Weapon monsters from the original Final Fantasy VII), take on Leviathan again, and probably some other stuff I forget to remember, because I’ve delayed doing this summary for so long! Because I’m an idiot sometimes…

About Final Fantasy VII Remake
Final Fantasy VII Remake is a 2020 game by Square Enix released initially as a timed exclusive for the PlayStation 4 and is a remake of the original game released in 1997. The game is a third person action RPG in which players take control of Cloud Strife – an ex member of Shinra’s elite army Soldier – now working as a mercenary for hire who is helping eco-terrorist group Avalanche to take down Shinra’s planet killing Mako reactors. As the first part of a series of games remaking the original, this title is set entirely in the Shinra-run city of Midgar, where Cloud will be able to explore, take on missions, battle enemies, and get to know himself once again by working alongside his childhood friend, Tifa.
